Privacy Policy
Plain Language Overview
At The Live Network Inc. (TLN), we take privacy very seriously. Many of us who work here were concerned about privacy and ethical data usage long before it was in the news. To that end, this Privacy Policy and our associated documents spell out how we collect and use data when you visit one of our sites. The short version is that we use such data to provide the services that you are seeking, optimize the services that you are seeking, and let you know about other services that might be relevant to you. Some of this we do on our own sites and some of this we do through common marketing platforms that have their own safeguards in place. Our data practices are directly in line with the services that we offer in the domains of mental health, education, prevention, and treatment. We want to do the right thing and we actively work at it. If you ever have any concerns in this area, please bring them to our attention and we will take them seriously.

Use of Cookies
The Live Network Inc. website may use "cookies" or “pixels” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize The Live Network Inc. pages, or register with The Live Network Inc. site or services, a cookie helps The Live Network Inc. to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the same The Live Network Inc. website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use The Live Network Inc. features that you customized.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies or other similar web tracking. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of The Live Network Inc. services or websites you visit.
Security of your Personal Information
To secure your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, The Live Network Inc. uses the following:
Strong Encryption and HIPAA Compliance
When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. Many other portions of the site contain encryption that meets or exceeds HIPAA standards (256-bit elliptical encryption).
Please be aware, however, that you still may be able to inadvertently disclose protected health information (PHI) or other important data through your own actions on publicly or semipublicly viewable portions of the site. While encryption and similar security protocols will do a good job of protecting transmissions from third party interception, it will do little to protect disclosures that you might choose to openly make on the site (username, posts, etc.).
Children Under Thirteen
The Live Network Inc. does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of (13) thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website. Parents should be aware that this site was neither designed nor optimized for use by persons under the age of (13) thirteen years or in jurisdictions where their use is contrary to law. If you as a parent or guardian elect to allow a child under the age of (13) thirteen years access this site, you assert that you will assume the full responsibility for this.
Citizens of the EU
While TLN consistently strives to meet or exceed best practices in the areas of privacy, reliability, and ethical conduct, the site was not specifically designed for use in the European Union or its jurisdictions.
